Gaver Farm, Part 2

Okay, Part 2 was the hillside. It was full of entertainment for the kiddos - straw maze, corn maze, obstacle courses, rubber duck races, corn cribs, farm animals, on and on and on...it was amazing!
It was a bit windy today too - I think you'll notice it in quite a few photos.

They had a Straw Jump. Kids would get on top of the bales and jump into the pile of straw. Katelynn preferred to run  around in the straw and throw it into the air, or lay down and bury herself!

Denver even got into the action - under the watchful eye of Uncle Travis!

Then Uncle Travis would lift Katelynn up and help her "jump" into the straw like the older kids. I think Uncle Travis earned serious "cool" points today!

Playing in the corn crib. They had it set up a lot like a sand box, only with corn.

Feeding the goats.

And then we had to leave. Denver was beyond tired and practically fell asleep on Uncle Travis, and Katelynn decided that while Mommy was putting Denver into the stroller she was going to run off and feed some goats - gave Mommy a massive panic attack when she turned around and couldn't find her.
Later tonight when it was bed time she said that she had fun today and that we had to leave because she ran away. Tough lesson to learn. I think it's time to start talking about strangers.
Crystal and Makayla came back to the house for a little while and the "babies" got some play time. They were all beyond exhausted from all the fresh outdoor air they got today.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
