We took Katelynn to Build-a-Bear at the mall to get her an animal to snuggle with when she misses her Daddy. We talked about it on the way to the mall and she was so excited. She said she was getting a cat, and not just any cat, but Spooky. I told her that they might not have a cat, and she said, "yes, they will and it's Spooky." We got there and started looking...
lots of bears...
Katelynn here is one. She looked at it and said, "this is not Spooky." She then put it back in the bin and walked around some more.
Then she found out that the only other cat was Hello Kitty, and she decided that the calico could be Spooky.
So we picked out a cat noise box and a voice box.
Chris took the voice box to the back and recorded a secret message just for Katelynn.
Then it was time for Spooky to get stuffed.
She wasn't a fan of the stuffing machine.
Is Spooky soft enough?
Okay then, lets pick out a heart. One for Daddy and one for Katelynn.

Then it was time for Spooky to get a bath.
Then it was on to an outfit. This was the hardest part! They had so many cute ones to choose from. She loved it though. She ended up picking out a Cinderella outfit.
All done and ready to go home with her.
And of course Spooky needed to ride the Carousel.
Denver was there too! He's just a little young for one.
