New Place!
There is just so much to be Thankful for this Holiday season! We safely made it across the country and have been enjoying some peaceful days with family and friends. We drove up to Ft Meade (about 5 hours from my parents house) to see a place they had ready for us. We looked at it and both agreed that it was perfect...a little small, but it had plenty of storage places. We signed the lease and picked up the keys all on the same day. Chris checks in on Monday so we will be heading up on Sunday to start living in our new home. Since our house hold items are in storage it will probably be another week before they are delivered, so we will be living out of boxes for awhile longer BUT it will be in our new home!!
The house is a duplex on a cul de sac with trees behind us and a walking path. It should be a nice, quiet neighborhood - keeping our fingers crossed. One problem we could have is limited parking - good thing we only have 2 vehicles.
Here are some pics of it empty. This is the kitchen...

When you first walk in there is a half bath, a closet, and a laundry closet...

The living room/dining room area...
Dining room looks into the kitchen and has a nice ceiling fan...
The staircase turns twice, so there are 3 sets of stairs. At the top of the stairs there is a full bath, 2 bedrooms, a master with a bath and a large closet.
Katelynn tried out each bathtub to make sure they met her standards - LOL. Here is the kids bathroom.

The house has a fenced yard for Vinson. There are a few areas that we'll need to cover and find a way to keep him from getting out. It's not as big as his old yard, but it should work just fine for him. I don't think this is the type of yard that we can leave him alone in though.

Hope you enjoyed the pics. We are super excited to finally have a place, and we can't wait for Sunday when we finally move in. It should be a busy few weeks. I hope everyone enjoyed the Thanksgiving Holiday!
